A beneficiary from the area, who had beenstruggling to find a job opportunity for an extendedperiod, experienced a positive change through theproject, thanks to his expertise in building andconstruction. He applied for a construction jobalongside a group of individuals from the region,and arrangements were made for them to form acohesive team consisting of 21 workers, led byMohammed Hassan, a construction contractor.Their assigned tasks included constructing retainingwalls and carrying out environmental protectionwork within the project. Their contribution provedto be highly influential and impactful for the overallsuccess of the project. Since they joined, 945 labordays were created for the local workers.
