What we do

RAP works on: strategic studies, detailed studies and designs, implementation and rehabilitation of rural roads, training and capacity building, and community awareness. RAP aims to contribute to achieving sustainable development through working to best practices and applying international standards for the implementation of rural road projects.

YELCP Projects

WHAT IS YELCP

Yemen Emergency Lifeline Connectivity Project (YELCP) isfunded by the World Bank and implemented by UNOPS andRAP As a local implementing partner by signing the projectcooperation agreement in May 2022. RAP is engaged inthe core of this project through the rehabilitation andupgrading of 150 km, installation of 2 Bailey bridges, andlabor-intensive maintenance of 210 km.
